ReplyDeleteThere is a saying that goes, "no one can your rob you mind"; but unfortunately that is not entirely true.
The Europeans did not only rob the Africans their precious natural land and its resources; but they also robbed us our identity.
They infused an image not natural to the Nubians or Africans, over and over again, and there is psychological name for it namely: "brainwashing" that is also another word for robbing your mind.
Day after day, media after media beauty has been defined to mean everything contrary to what African or Nubians posses. It is a classical case of of the saying that goes: "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", but in this case the beholder is the owner of media.
Does not beauty hold many forms?
Deos not the beauty of the stars differ
from the the beauty of the planets?
the stars give off their glory and
